Vanille Prestige Gelato Paste Leagel comes from natural extracts of a rare vanilla variety with an exotic, floral profile: compared to Française it has a classic yellow colour and is rich in seeds.
The seeds are clearly visible and the taste is rich.
Ideal for: yellow vanilla gelato, custard and semifreddi.
Features: natural extracts, rich in seeds, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 30 g per kg of mix.
