Elisir di Vaniglia Gelato Paste Toschi is a vanilla-flavoured paste for classic yellow vanilla gelato, with a full, rounded taste.

At just 25 g per kg of mix it gives the yellow colour and aroma of classic vanilla, like pastry cream: a staple display flavour, served on its own or rippled with sour cherry and chocolate.

Ideal for: yellow vanilla gelato, baked custards, semifreddi and fillings.

Directions: add the paste to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 25 g of paste per 1 kg of base mix.
