French Vanilla Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a Madagascar vanilla cream taste, with a sweet, warm and intensely vanilla-like profile.

Madagascar vanilla with a light egg note, lactose-free: it gives a warm, intense vanilla custard at just 30 g per kg.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: lactose-free, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 30 g per kg of mix.
