Cuor di Vaniglia Gelato Paste Toschi is a premium paste for artisan gelato made with Madagascar vanilla, rich in vanilla extract and pulp, for a fragrant, authentic vanilla gelato.
Madagascar vanilla is the most prized for its sweet, creamy aroma: with extract and pulp the paste gives a fragrant gelato with the black specks of the pod, a visible sign of quality in the display case.
Ideal for: vanilla gelato, pastry cream, semifreddi and parfaits.
Features: Madagascar vanilla, with vanilla extract and pulp.
Directions: add the paste to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g of paste per 1 kg of base mix.
