Vanilla 30 No Color Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a Bourbon vanilla taste with ground beans and no added colourings, with a sweet, warm and intensely vanilla-like profile.

With no added colourings, the vanilla stays naturally pale with specks of bourbon pod: suited to those who prefer a display case with natural colours.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
