Vanilla 30 Suprem Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a vanilla Bourbon taste with vanilla beans, with a sweet, warm and intensely vanilla-like profile.

Ground Bourbon vanilla beans remain visible in the gelato and give the classic speckled look of vanilla custard; at 25 - 30 g per kg the aroma is full without masking the base.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
