Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Gelato Paste - Gold Line Leagel, a gelato paste for artisan gelato, combines the aroma of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla pods with Sicilian citrus essential oils, rested for over 48 hours before processing.
The custard flavour is fragrant, with a citrus note.
Ideal for: premium vanilla gelato, custard and affogatos.
Features: vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 30 g per kg of mix.
