DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Vanille Francaise Gelato Paste Leagel is made from natural extracts of a rare vanilla variety, with an exotic, sweet, tropical taste and floral notes. It is white, colouring-free and rich in seeds.

The gelato is recognisable by its clearly visible black specks.

Ideal for: white vanilla gelato, crème anglaise and pastry.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 30 g per kg of mix.
