CUSTOMERS IN ITALY AND THE REPUBLIC OF SAN MARINO - DELIVERIES WITHIN ITALY

For customers in Italy and the Republic of San Marino, shipping is free for orders over €99.00 (excluding VAT). For orders up to €99.00 (excluding VAT), a shipping charge of €6.50 + VAT applies. The shipping charge excludes VAT. Orders are generally dispatched by express courier, usually within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Shipment tracking is available in your account area via a link to the website of the courier handling the delivery.

CASH ON DELIVERY (ITALY ONLY)

For orders below €2,000.00, customers may choose to pay cash on delivery. The invoice amount must be paid in cash to the courier making the delivery. Please have the exact amount ready when the courier arrives, as the courier is not required to carry change. Payment by cheque is not accepted. This payment method incurs a service fee of €7.90 + VAT, which will be displayed in the shopping cart at checkout.

DELIVERY BY APPOINTMENT (ITALY ONLY)

When selecting the courier, you can choose delivery by appointment. The courier will contact you on the telephone number provided to arrange delivery. The service costs €2.50 + VAT.

ECOMMERCE SHIPPING TO THE UNITED KINGDOM, SWITZERLAND, NORWAY AND THE UNITED STATES: CUSTOMS DUTIES AND VAT

Customers residing in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States can place orders online through Gelq.it. As these shipments are destined for non-EU countries, the customs agent appointed by the carrier handling the shipment may request payment of customs duties and/or VAT before delivery. Any customs duties and VAT payable on the importation of the goods are entirely the customer's responsibility and are collected only when the shipment reaches the destination country. These amounts cannot be paid to Gelq.it in advance, as they are determined by the relevant local authorities based on the mode of transport, the type of goods and the total shipment value. Smaller shipments are generally transported by air via express courier. In these cases, customs duties are generally not applied, while VAT may be requested before delivery. For larger shipments, road or sea transport is preferred. In these cases, both import customs duties and VAT are generally payable, calculated in accordance with the regulations in force in the destination country. The order will be delivered only after the amounts requested by the competent authorities have been paid. Gelq.it cannot be held responsible for any delays, storage, non-delivery, return of goods or additional costs resulting from failure to pay customs duties, VAT or any other charges requested by the customs authorities or the appointed carrier. Customers are therefore encouraged to check any import costs applicable in their country before placing an online order on Gelq.it.

NON-EU CUSTOMERS - SHIPPING TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION FOR ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE THE ONLINE STORE

Products purchased through orders placed outside the online store are normally shipped by international courier. The shipping cost is provided together with the quotation for the products to be purchased. You can request a quotation online through our platform or by contacting Gelq.it directly on WhatsApp, providing the list of products you wish to purchase and the shipping address. Shipping charges do not include the costs of customs clearance at the destination. The most suitable delivery terms will be agreed with the customer, such as delivery to their address (Incoterms D.A.P) or to the selected port (Incoterms C.F.R). Customers may also use their own trusted courier; in this case, all arrangements and costs for transport and customs procedures are the customer's responsibility (Incoterms EXW). Products will be appropriately packaged to protect them during transport. We always recommend accepting delivery subject to inspection, so that any hidden damage sustained by the products during shipping can be reported to the courier.
