Shipping and delivery

Customers in Italy and the Republic of San Marino - Shipments within Italian territory.

For customers in Italy and the Republic of San Marino, shipping is free for orders over €99.00 (VAT excluded). For orders up to €99.00 (VAT excluded), a shipping fee of €6.50 + VAT applies. The shipping fee is to be considered VAT excluded. Orders are generally shipped via express courier, normally within 5 working days from receipt of payment. Shipment tracking is available in your personal account area, accessible via a link to the courier’s website handling the delivery.

Cash on Delivery Shipping (Italy only).

For orders under €2,000.00, customers may choose cash on delivery. The invoice amount must be paid in cash to the courier upon delivery. When the courier arrives, the exact amount must be ready, as they are not required to carry change. Payment by cheque is not accepted. This payment method incurs a service fee of €7.90 + VAT, which will be displayed in the cart at checkout.

Delivery by Appointment (Italy only).

When selecting the courier, it is possible to choose delivery by appointment. The courier will contact the customer using the provided phone number to arrange delivery. The cost of this service is €2.50 + VAT.

Shipments to European Union countries, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, United States.

Please refer to the table to find the applicable shipping fee based on the destination country and order value.

Shipping is free for orders over €2,000.00 for countries in zones 1–5.

Customers in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and the United States may generally be required to pay customs duties and VAT before the delivery of the order, as requested by the customs operator appointed by the carrier handling the shipment. Customs duties for the entry of goods into the UK, Switzerland, and the USA are the responsibility of the customer and are collected only when the item reaches the destination country. They cannot be paid in advance as the amount is calculated locally based on the type of transport, the goods, and the total value.
For low-volume shipments, air transport with express couriers will be preferred: in this case, customs duties are generally not required, while VAT will be requested before delivery. For high-volume shipments, land or sea transport will be prioritized: in this case, customs duties for import and VAT calculated on the value of the goods are due. The goods will only be delivered after the payment of amounts required by the authorities, with no liability on the part of Gelq.it in the case of non-payment of the requested amounts. Customers are encouraged to carefully check the additional costs that may be required before delivery.

Gelq.it is authorized for commercial distribution in the United States, as it is registered with the FDA.

Customers outside the EU - Shipments to countries outside the European Union.

The shipment of purchased products usually takes place via international courier. The cost of the shipping service is provided along with the quote for the products to be purchased. The quote can be requested online through our platform or by contacting Gelq.it directly on WhatsApp, ensuring that you provide the list of products you wish to purchase and the shipping address. Customs operation costs at the destination are excluded from the shipping amount. The most convenient delivery option will be defined with the customer, such as delivery of the goods to their address (Incoterms D.A.P) or delivery to the chosen port (Incoterms C.F.R). The customer may also use their own trusted courier; in this case, the organization and all transportation and customs operation costs are to be borne by the customer (Incoterms EXW). The products will be appropriately packaged to protect them during transport. It is always recommended to accept the delivery with reservation for inspection, in order to contest any hidden damage to the products during shipping with the courier. Orders are generally shipped within 5 working days from receipt of payment and are sent via express courier or specialized shipping agent. The customer can check the tracking of the shipment in their reserved area, through a link to the website of the courier that makes the delivery, if the service is provided by the shipper itself. We recommend grouping items into a single order. It is not possible to group two or more distinct orders; therefore, shipping costs will be charged to each individual order. The products will be appropriately packaged to protect them during transport.

It is always recommended to accept the delivery with reservation for inspection, in order to contest any hidden damage to the products during shipping with the courier.
