Shipping and delivery

Italy and Republic of San Marino - Shipping within the Italian territory.

Shipping is free of charge for all orders above 99.00 euro. Orders of up to 99.00 euro will have a shipping contribution of 7.50 euro. All values are meant excluding VAT (if applicable). Orders are generally sent within 5 business days after payment is received and are shipped via courier. You can track your order in your customer area, using the link provided to the website of the courier making the delivery. We recommend grouping articles into a single order. It is not possible to group two distinct orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. The products will be appropriately packaged so they are protected during transport. We nevertheless always recommend delivery subject to inspection, so that the courier can be advised of any hidden damage to the products during shipment. EU and UK customers - Shipping to the EU countries and in the United Kingdom.

Shipping is free of charge for orders in value greater than €2,000.00. for countries included in zones 1,2,3 and 4. Please check the table below for the shipping cost related to your country and according to the order value. All values are VAT excluded (if applicable).

Shipping to the United Kingdom 

Under the new regulations adopted after Brexit, UK customers can be required as a general rule and before the order is delivered, the payment of customs and VAT charges. Excise duties are payable only on goods of non-EU origin. Customs charges for the entry of the goods into the UK are borne by the customer and are collected only when the item reaches the United Kingdom. They cannot be paid in advance as the amount is calculated locally according to the mean of transportation, the goods and their total value. For shipments with an amount of up to 300 euros, priority will be given to air transport via expresss courier: in this case customs charges are not normally required while VAT will be requested before delivery. For orders with a value of more than 300 euros, priority will be given to land transport via road cargo: in this case, customs charges for importation into the UK and VAT calculated on the value of the goods are due. The goods will be released only after payment of the amounts requested by the UK authorities, without responsibility on the part of Gelq.it in case of non-payment of the amounts requested. We stronlgy recomend customers to check all possible costs when goods entering UK. 

Non EU and USA customers - Deliveries outside the EU countries.

The delivery of the purchased products is usually entrusted to an international courier. For USA purchases and shipping Gelq.it is FDA registered therefore is an enabled operator for the USA. The delivery service cost is quoted by Gelq.it during the overall quotation process which include the total price for the acquired goods. Customs operations costs at the port of destination are not included (Incoterms DAP). We nevertheless always recommend the delivery ‘Subject to Inspection’, so that the courier can be advised of any hidden damage to the products during shipment. The customer may decide to use his own trusted courier, in this case the organization and all transport costs and customs operations are fully beared by the customer (Incoterms EXW).
