100% peanut paste: it gives a roasted, savoury gelato that is increasingly popular and pairs with caramel and chocolate. It is ideal for creamy gelato and desserts with a pleasant lingering finish.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 65 g per kg of mix.
