Peanut Gelato Paste Leagel is a 100% pure peanut paste, for artisan gelato with a full, toasted taste.

It is an increasingly popular flavour; it pairs with caramel, chocolate and snack-style variegates. It works in both hot and cold processes.

Ideal for: peanut gelato, caramel and chocolate pairings.

Recommended pairings: salted caramel, milk chocolate and banana.

Features: 100% peanuts, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
