Salted Peanut Gelato Paste - Gelato Pastes Martini is a 100% roasted and salted peanut paste, for artisan gelato with an intense, enveloping taste.

The balance of sweet and salty makes it perfect with caramel and milk chocolate, or variegated with Brunella CROK Salted Peanut.

Ideal for: salted peanut gelato, cremino flavours and cups.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of mix.
