Peanut Gelato Paste Toschi is a pure paste for artisan gelato made with 100% roasted peanuts, for a peanut gelato with a full, toasted flavour, also great paired with chocolate and caramel.

Roasted peanut has a bolder taste than hazelnut and recalls American peanut butter: it appeals to younger customers and suits creative flavours with salted caramel, milk chocolate and banana.

Ideal for: peanut gelato, semifreddi, pralines and cake fillings.

Directions: dissolve the paste in the base mix of water or milk, rest for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80-100 g of paste per 1 kg of base mix.
