Vanilla 25 C Gelato Paste with Vanilla Beans Leagel, a gelato paste for artisan gelato, is a seeded vanilla at low dosage (25 g per kg), with a citrusy taste and natural colourings.

The beans give a speckled vanilla; natural colourings give the classic custard yellow.

Ideal for: vanilla gelato and classic sundaes.

Features: with seeds, natural colourings, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 25 g per kg of mix.
