DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Vanilla Supreme Gelato Paste Leagel is a low-dosage vanilla with a citrusy taste, vanilla seeds and natural colourings.
Just 25 g per kg is enough: the low dosage makes it economical and natural colourings give a soft yellow.
Ideal for: vanilla gelato, custard and affogatos.
Recommended pairings: berries, sour cherry, coffee and chocolate.
Features: low dosage, natural colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 25 g per kg of mix.
