DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Cremosette Dark Chocolate Leagel is a spreadable filling cream for fine pastry, tasting of full-flavoured dark chocolate.
Warmed to 35 °C, Cremosette Dark Chocolate becomes a glaze for semifreddi; combined with whipped cream or custard it changes their flavour. A high-quality cream in which the raw material is the star, for cakes and single portions.
Ideal for: chocolate cakes, choux and glazes.
Features: fills, glazes and flavours, bake-stable, gluten-free.
Directions: fill before or after baking; to glaze, warm to 35 °C.
Dosage: to taste; to flavour cream and custards about 250 g per kg.
