DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Cremosette Hazelnut and Cocoa Leagel is a spreadable filling cream for fine pastry, tasting of hazelnut and cocoa, indulgent and spreadable.
Cremosette Hazelnut and Cocoa is bake-stable and can fill tarts halfway through baking; warming it to 35 °C gives a glaze for semifreddi and single portions.
Ideal for: croissants, tarts and breakfast fillings.
Features: fills, glazes and flavours, bake-stable, gluten-free.
Directions: fill before or after baking; to glaze, warm to 35 °C.
Dosage: to taste; to flavour cream and custards about 250 g per kg.
