DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Cremosette White Chocolate Leagel is a spreadable filling cream for fine pastry, tasting of white chocolate, delicate and velvety.
Warmed to 35 °C, Cremosette White Chocolate becomes a glaze for semifreddi; added to whipped cream or custard it flavours them. It contains vegetable fats from sunflower and palm and animal fats from cream powder.
Ideal for: red berry tarts, single portions and semifreddi.
Features: fills, glazes and flavours, bake-stable, gluten-free.
Directions: fill before or after baking; to glaze, warm to 35 °C.
Dosage: to taste; to flavour cream and custards about 250 g per kg.
