DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Cremosette Pistachio Leagel is a spreadable filling cream for fine pastry, tasting of pistachio with a green colour and intense taste.
Warmed to 35 °C, Cremosette Pistachio becomes a glaze for semifreddi; mixed with whipped cream or custard it gives flavoured fillings. A high-quality cream for fine pastry.
Ideal for: pistachio croissants, cakes and single portions.
Features: fills, glazes and flavours, bake-stable, gluten-free.
Directions: fill before or after baking; to glaze, warm to 35 °C.
Dosage: to taste; to flavour cream and custards about 250 g per kg.
