DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Chocolate Box Super Black Leagel is a ready mix for artisan bold extra-dark chocolate gelato.
It is made with the hot process and is vegan because the fat comes only from cocoa mass.
Ideal for: extra-dark gelato and cocoa sorbet.
Features: just add water, also suitable for variegating, fats: vegetable from massa di cacao, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: dissolve in water at 80 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 695 g of product per 1 L of water.
Processing: hot, at 80 °C.
