DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Chocolate Box Black Leagel is a ready mix for artisan intense dark chocolate gelato.
It is made with the hot process and gives a black, intense, full-bodied dark chocolate; also excellent rippled with hazelnut or orange creams.
Ideal for: dark chocolate gelato, sundaes and orange pairings.
Features: just add water, also suitable for variegating, coconut vegetable fat and animal fat from cream powder, gluten-free.
Directions: dissolve in water at 80 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 820 g of product per 1 L of water.
Processing: hot, at 80 °C.
