DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Vegan Base Leagel is the VeganOk-certified white base for artisan gelato, for a whole display of vegan gelato: completed with olive oil improver and VeganOk-certified Leagel pastes.
It simplifies the work, with a single dose to weigh.
Ideal for: vegan cream and fruit gelato and semifreddi.
Features: fat-free, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: dissolve in water at 50 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 280 g of product + 570 g of water + 30 g of olive oil improver.
Processing: hot, at 50 °C.
