Pure 100% Bronte Green Pistachio DOP Gelato Paste - Gold Line Leagel is a pure paste for artisan gelato made with 100% Bronte PDO pistachios. The pistachios grow on the volcanic soils of Mount Etna, are hand-picked every two years and processed within 24 hours of harvest, for an intense flavour and natural colour.
Bronte DOP Green Pistachio is one of the world's finest: at 80 g per kg of mix it gives a naturally green gelato to offer as a flagship flavour, naming the origin in the display case.
Ideal for: top-quality pistachio gelato, semifreddi, creams and fine pastry pralines.
Features: 100% Verde di Bronte PDO pistachio, certified vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
