DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Strawberry M. Gelato Paste Martini is a paste for artisan gelato with 82% strawberries, designed to be used with milk.
In a white base it gives a creamy, sweet strawberry gelato, pink and inviting in the display case; for water-based sorbets Martini offers the Strawberry W version.
Ideal for: strawberry cream gelato, strawberries and cream and cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
