Strawberry Extra Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the intense, fruity taste of strawberry, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
Strawberry gives an intense, fragrant, bright red sorbet; at 80 g per kg it is also used to boost the taste of gelato made with fresh strawberries.
Ideal for: strawberry gelato and sorbet, strawberries and cream.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
