Strawberry Gelato Paste Toschi is made with 50% fruit, for classic strawberry gelato with a full, fruity flavour. It can be used on both a white base and a fruit base.

With half its weight made of fruit, the gelato has a natural red colour and a taste of ripe strawberries; on a fruit base you get a sorbet, on a white base a creamier strawberry gelato.

Ideal for: strawberry gelato, strawberry sorbet, semifreddi and mousses.

Features: 50% fruit, for white and fruit bases.

Directions: dissolve the paste in the base mix of water or milk, rest for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 60-80 g of paste per 1 kg of base mix.
