FruttUP Raspberry Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan raspberry gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.
Raspberry gives a bright red sorbet with a bold taste, to finish with raspberry variegate or pair with dark chocolate.
Ideal for: raspberry sorbet, granita and cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.
Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.8 L of water for gelato, 3.3-3.5 L for soft serve, 3.8 L for granita.
Processing: cold.
