FruttUP Mixed Berry Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan mixed berry gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.

The berry mix gives a sorbet with a deep purple colour and tart taste, great alongside yogurt and fior di latte or served as granita.

Ideal for: mixed berry sorbet, granita and soft serve.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.

Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.8 L of water for gelato, 3.3-3.5 L for soft serve, 3.8 L for granita.
