Raspberry Gelato Paste Martini is a paste for artisan gelato with 50% raspberries, for a bold taste and a pleasant tart note.

Raspberry freshens the display case with its bright red colour; excellent as a sorbet, alongside dark chocolate and vanilla or in fruit cups. Vegan and Halal.

Ideal for: raspberry sorbet, chocolate pairings and cups.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
