FruttUP Strawberry Martini Gelato is a complete powder base for artisan strawberry gelato, made with real fruit and already balanced.
Strawberry is among the best-selling fruit flavours: this base ensures consistent colour and taste all year round, even out of season, without handling fresh fruit.
Ideal for: strawberry sorbet, soft serve and granita.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in the water with a stick blender and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1.25 kg of product + 2.8 L of water for gelato, 3.3-3.5 L for soft serve, 3.8 L for granita.
Processing: cold.
