Tiramisu Gelato Paste Martini is a paste for artisan gelato made with egg yolk and mascarpone, with the typical taste of tiramisu and no alcohol.
For a summer tiramisu, variegate it with strawberry or apricot. Made with egg yolk and mascarpone, it keeps the classic tiramisu taste, alcohol-free and Halal certified.
Ideal for: tiramisu gelato, semifreddo and cups.
Recommended pairings: strawberry, apricot and coffee.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50-70 g per kg of mix.
