DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Tiramisu Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with the taste of classic tiramisu, with a creamy and enveloping profile, with coffee and cocoa notes.
Coffee, mascarpone and cocoa recreate tiramisù in the tray; finish it with coffee-soaked ladyfingers and cocoa powder.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 65 g per kg of mix.
