Tiramisu Gelato Paste Leagel has the mascarpone, coffee and cocoa taste of the famous Italian dessert.
In the tray finish with coffee-soaked ladyfingers and a dusting of cocoa, like the original tiramisu.
Ideal for: tiramisù gelato with variegate and ladyfingers.
Recommended pairings: ladyfingers, cocoa powder and coffee variegate.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
