This is the display case's classic vanilla, with a rounded, familiar taste: serve it on its own, as a base for sundaes and affogato, or rippled with sour cherry, chocolate and caramel.

Ideal for: vanilla gelato and sundae bases.

Recommended pairings: sour cherry, dark chocolate, caramel and berries.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
