White Chocolate Gelato Paste Leagel makes sweet, velvety white chocolate gelato, a perfect base for fruity variegates.
Use it with the cold process at 80 g per kg for a white, creamy gelato with a full white chocolate taste: it pairs with raspberries, berries and pistachio. Gluten-free and processed cold.
Ideal for: white chocolate gelato variegated with raspberry or pistachio.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
