Rubilello Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a taste of white chocolate, coconut and chopped hazelnuts, with an indulgent, creamy and intensely aromatic profile.

White chocolate, coconut and chopped hazelnuts recall a coconut praline; at 80 - 100 g per kg the taste is full.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 - 100 g per kg of mix.
