DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
White Chocolate Box Avorio Leagel is a ready mix for artisan sweet, velvety white chocolate gelato.
It is made with the hot process and is perfect with fruit, berry or pistachio variegates.
Ideal for: white chocolate gelato variegated with red berries.
Features: just add water, also suitable for variegating, fats: animal from cream powder and vegetable from coconut, gluten-free.
Directions: dissolve in water at 80 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 600 g of product per 1 L of water.
Processing: hot, at 80 °C.
