Melon Fast Toschi is a base for artisan gelato: powder mix from the Fast line for preparing melon gelato, sorbets and frozen creams with a creamy texture in just a few minutes, adding only water and processing cold.

Melon makes a fragrant sorbet with a soft orange colour, very popular in the summer months: it pairs well with lemon, strawberry and mint and also suits sundaes and cold creams served in a cup.

Ideal for: melon sorbet, cold creams and summer sundaes.

Directions: whisk the powder into the water, rest for 15 minutes and batch-freeze or pour into the slush machine.

Dosage: 1.5 kg of product + 3 L of water.
