Easy Melon Leagel is a ready powder mix for artisan gelato from the Easy Frutta line tasting of sweet, fragrant melon.

Melon gives a sweet, fragrant summer sorbet; it is made with water only and pairs with mint, or even prosciutto in creative after-dinner menus.

Ideal for: melon sorbet, summer sundaes and sticks.

Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, gluten-free.

Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 L of water.

Processing: cold.
