Melon Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with the sweet, fragrant taste of melon, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
Melon gives a fragrant, thirst-quenching sorbet; the way the paste is made preserves the freshness and flavour of the fruit. It pairs with mint, lemon and exotic fruits.
Ideal for: melon sorbet and summer sundaes.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
