DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Pear and Ginger Fruity & Veggy Leagel is a vegan ready base for artisan gelato from the Fruity & Veggy line, for 100% plant-based sorbets: sweet pear meets spicy ginger.
With the olive oil improver it is creamier.
Ideal for: digestive sorbets, chocolate and cheese pairings.
Features: 100% plant-based, fruit, vegetables and spices, just add water, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 450 g of product per 1 L of water + olive oil improver.
Processing: cold.
