Leagel Apple, Kiwi and Avocado is a ready base from the Fruity & Veggy line for 100% plant-based sorbets: fresh apple and kiwi with creamy avocado.
Thanks to its ready formula, Apple, Kiwi and Avocado lets even less experienced staff make gelato of consistent quality; it helps widen the display without complicating production.
Ideal for: detox sorbets, summer sundaes and dessert glasses.
Features: 100% plant-based, fruit, vegetables and spices, just add water, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 litre of water.
Processing: cold.
