Leagel Pink Grapefruit, Bergamot and Pink Pepper is a ready base from the Fruity & Veggy line for 100% plant-based sorbets: citrusy pink grapefruit and bergamot with the aromatic note of pink pepper.
With a complete flavour in a single product, Pink Grapefruit, Bergamot and Pink Pepper helps you widen the display without complicating production; it lets even less experienced staff make consistent gelato.
Ideal for: citrus sorbets, aperitifs and after-dinner treats.
Features: 100% plant-based, fruit, vegetables and spices, just add water, vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 litre of water.
Processing: cold.
