DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Pistachio Sicilia Natural Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a Sicilian pistachio taste, with an intense, roasted profile rich in pistachio.
Pure Sicilian pistachio paste with natural colour: the green is soft and the taste intense and roasted; vegan even on a water base.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 65 - 80 g per kg of mix.
