Pure Pistachio Premium Gelato Paste Leagel is a selection of Greek pistachios with a pinch of salt to enhance flavour and a touch of chlorophyll for a bright green; excellent value.

It is designed for everyday pistachio gelato.

Ideal for: pistachio gelato, salted pistachio and cremini.

Features: Greek pistachios, a pinch of salt, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
