Pure Pistachio Gold Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a pure pistachio taste, with an intense, roasted profile rich in pistachio.
Pure pistachio paste with an intense green colour: a full, roasted pistachio gelato that is instantly recognisable in the display; vegan.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 65 g per kg of mix.
