Pure Almond Gelato Paste Rubicone is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a pure almond taste, with an intense, roasted and naturally almond-like profile.

100% roasted Italian almond gives an intense, naturally almondy gelato; vegan, it also works as a sorbet on a water base.

Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 65 g per kg of mix.
