DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Fruit NSA Rubicone is a lactose-free powder fruit base for artisan gelato, with no added sugar, vegan and dairy-free.
With no milk and no added sugar, it is the base for lighter fruit sorbets: add water and fresh fruit in equal parts.
Ideal for: sorbets and fruit gelato in the gelato lab.
Features: no added sugar, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in water, add the fruit and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 940 g with 1.25 L of water and 1.25 kg of fruit.
