Pure Fruit 70 Rubicone is a powder base for artisan gelato, vegan and dairy-free; 100% natural sorbet, no E additives, with natural fibres.

Only natural ingredients and vegetable fibres, with no E-number additives: it enhances the aroma of fresh fruit for 100% natural, vegan sorbets. Neutral in taste, it is free of additives.

Ideal for: sorbets and fruit gelato in the gelato lab.

Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.

Directions: dissolve base and sugar in the water and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 70 g per kg of mix.

Processing: hot.
