Raspberry Gelato Paste Leagel is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato added to the base before batch-freezing. It is made with a process that preserves the freshness and authentic taste of raspberry, as if just picked.

Raspberry has a lively acidity that gives the sorbet character and balances sweet flavours: at 80 g per kg you get an intense red gelato, excellent next to dark chocolate and yogurt.

Ideal for: raspberry gelato and sorbet, red berry semifreddi and mousses.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
